CLIFTON TEACHING AND DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAMME

LENT COURSE: FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE (ADVANCED NOTICE:
(ALL CHURCHES ARE WELCOME TO TAKE PART)

This is the title of the York course for Lent 2009. It is based on the three great qualities celebrated in 1 Corinthians 13.

The course is designed for group discussion and will cover five sessions. Each session begins with a short audio discussion starter presented by five notable Christian speakers.

The five sessions are on Wednesday evenings in Lent from 7.30 to 9.00pm at Clifton, starting on 4 March and ending on 1 April.

The course will be preceded by a service of Holy Communion to mark (no pun intended) the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday 25 February at 7-30pm at Clifton.
